Devdaya Charitable Trust (UK Reg. No.1103558) is a charity whose aims are imparting education and providing healthcare. ‘Devdaya' means God's mercy.
Devdaya has a sister Trust in India: Devdaya Charitable Trust (India Reg. No. E-6347-RAJKOT).

Devdaya's activities commenced in 1985 with establishment of Devdaya secondary school in Gujarat, India. This was followed with 11 primary and secondary schools.

Devdaya has also established a dispensary after the Gujarat earthquake in 2001. This was the first primary care and diagnostic centre with X-ray, Pathology Laboratory and Ultrasound facilities.

In 2004, we refurbished the N. R. Doshi Eye Hospital in Wankaner, Gujarat with modern surgical equipments and it was officially opened by the Lions International Vice President, Lion Ashok Mehta. Working alongside the Enfield Lions Club and the Mayflower (Billericay) Rotary Club, one of our principal aims is to cut out unnecessary "middlemen" and ensure that all funds raised make their way directly and without any administrative cost deduction to our projects."

Currently we have undertaken a challenge of prevention of blindness in children, initially in Gujarat, India.
